tungsten carbide stamping dies requires very high strength, good fatigue resistance, high hardness, in order to ensure the carbide stamping dies under high pressure without breaking, deformation and good wear resistance.Tungsten carbide stamping die raw material is produced by powder metallurgy composite materials, which have high hardness, wear resistance,life is several times and several hundred times than ordinary stamping dies. With our standard carbide manufacturing technologies, not only have high dimensional accuracy of parts, but also greatly improve the life of the carbide stamping dies, which could create good economic and social benefits.

The material used in dies is Hot Die Steel ( HDS ) of grade H11 and H13 for outer casing and the insert is of Tungsten Carbide. Depending on the application, different grades of Tungsten Carbide are used such as GT55, GT40, GT30, GT20, G50, G40, G30, G20 etc. consisting of 25% or 20% or 15% or 12% Cobalt.
